Web design for hotels and boutique hospitality.

A hotel website that conveys atmosphere and answers the practical questions behind a booking. For independent hotels, boutique stays and hospitality brands.

01 / Perspective

The website starts with desire. It ends with clarity.

Guests want to feel a place before they know it. Moments later, they need concrete answers: which rooms exist, where is the property, what belongs to the stay, and is the date available? A strong hospitality site connects these modes instead of splitting into an image film and a detached booking form.

03 / Information architecture

The stay should make sense before arrival.

01

Rooms

Differences, occupancy, amenities and images become easy to compare.

02

Place

Location, arrival and relevant surroundings give a concrete reason for this stay.

03

Experiences

Food, wellness, nature, culture or packages appear where they help the decision.

04

Practicalities

Check-in, pets, parking, accessibility and policies remain findable without overwhelming the atmosphere.

05

Languages

International guests enter complete, consistent language versions rather than partly translated fragments.

06

Booking

The external or integrated engine feels like the next step, not a break in the experience.

02 / Guest journey

From discovery to reservation.

Each transition answers the guest’s next real question.

  1. 01Discover

Search, recommendation, social or travel research

  2. 02Feel

Character of the property and reason to stay

  3. 03Understand

Rooms, amenities, location, experiences and practical detail

  4. 04Check

    Dates, guests, offer and availability

  5. 05Book

    Booking engine, reservation and confirmation

04 / Structure

Tell the story of the property. Do not hide the booking.

LEKHI orders photography, rooms, local context and practical information along the guest journey. Availability stays accessible at the decisive moment, especially on mobile. An existing booking engine can be integrated cleanly; the website prepares the decision and hands over with as little friction as possible.

Independent Concept

Hospitality

LEKHI’s independent concept connects calm image direction, room and local context with a direct path to availability and reservation. It is an independent study, not client work.

06 / Process

From the property to a digital guest journey.

  1. 01

    Property & operation

Capture the property, guests, rooms, offers, languages, content and existing systems.

  2. 02

    Journey & content

Plan decision questions, page structure, photography needs and the booking handover.

  3. 03

    Design & integration

Translate atmosphere responsively and connect existing booking, enquiry or voucher journeys.

  4. 04

    Test & publish

Verify devices, languages, availability, forms, analytics, performance and practical information.

07 / Questions

Before the project.

Does LEKHI build a proprietary booking engine?

The right route depends on the operation. Usually an established existing or selected booking system is integrated into the website journey instead of needlessly rebuilding critical operations.

Can a new site support direct reservations?

It can make the direct path much clearer through useful room information, visible availability and a consistent transition to booking. We do not promise a specific uplift.

How many languages are appropriate?

That depends on guest origins and the internal publishing process. Every live language should be complete, discoverable and kept current.

What does LEKHI need from the hotel?

A reliable overview of rooms, amenities, policies, location, offers and systems, plus suitable licensed imagery. Content gaps are identified early.
